Check your ECU for codes, you're probably in safety boost, usually caused by a detonation sensor fault. For high idle, first try pushing down on the rod that connects the throttle cables to the throttle bodies, if your idle goes down you probably did what I stupidly did last night. If that's the case, check on the right side of the rod and you should see a metal piece touching the plenum, if it isn't touching the plenum, you aren't reaching the resting state, and you won't hit idle on the TPS. There is a small screw nearby on the rod on the drivers side that you can turn counter-clockwise to let the rod turn further down. Took some tinkering to get mine back where it would go all the way back to true idle after pressing the pedal. If that doesn't work, check your MAF stuff, then I'd check out the FAQ section
